Pukehina Beachfront House provides contemporary beachfront holiday home on Pukehina beach, Bay of Plenty. Pukehina Beachfront House is architecturally designed and provides an exceptionally high standard of tourist accommodation.

Pukehina Beachfront House has absolute beachfront location and with only 30 - 40 minutes driving time to Mount Maunganui, Tauranga, Whakatane, Rotorua it is well located to provide seleucsion and convienience.

Pukehina Beachfront House sleeps up to eight people. It has three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Two upper storey bedrooms, with glass sliding doors across two sides, open onto private decks with extensive sea views. The large downstairs bedroom has french doors to the rear deck, and a view of the ocean through the main living area. The upstairs bedrooms sleep two people per room in a twin or super-king configuration, whilst the downstairs room has the same twin/super-king option and a set of single bunks, a portacot is available on request. Luxury bedding & linen is supplied, as are bath & beach towels.

The living, dining, and kitchen areas are open plan, occupying the full width of the properties beach frontage. Large sliding glass panels accross the front and back of this area, allow the indoor and outdoor living areas to flow together as one large space, or be semi-enclosed for wind protection.

A fully enclosed rear outdoor area offers privacy, shelter, sun, and a safe play zone for children. Extra comforts provided include; dishwasher, gas BBQ, BOSE Audio & DVD, outdoor chiminea, woodburner fireplace, and heatpump air-conditioning/heating.
