Pandora Charters

Pandora Charters operates from the Pandora, a 14.6m (48ft) traditional wooden fishing vessel made from kauri timber with a large sheltered fishing deck on one level. Lots of rod holders and comfortable fishing stations.

Pandora Charters will take you on a fishing charter in the Gulf Harbor Auckland for a fantastic days fishing trip.

Up to 15 persons at one time can fish for snapper, John Dory, gurnard, kahawai, kingfish and mackerel.

Fishing Equipment, Tackle & Bait, Ice
BYO your Rod & Reel, Bait & gear or HIRE new Shimono Rod & Reels Replacement hooks, sinkers, swivels and traces are available as required. Bait available on request and Fish filleting service available by prior arrangement.

Trips & Departure Details
Depart 8.00am arriving back at 4.00pm from Pier Z31 Gulf Harbour, Whangaparaoa. These times are flexible on request.
– Early or late starts.
– Evening and night fishing by arrangement.
– Half day and sight seeing available.
– Overnight up to 4 persons.

Skipper, Simon Waters has owned Pandora for 22 years and has been commercial fishing for 35 years in NZ, Australia and Pacific Islands and will provide free fishing tuition on request.
