Hot Tubs Omarama allows you to soak your soul... In summer or winter by day or night, your private tub is cleaned and filled with fresh mountain water just for you no chemicals are added, adjust the temperature to your comfort and unwind!

Hot Tubs Omarama is a real oasis set on the edge of the Mackenzie Basin under the big Mackenzie sky.

Landscaped mounds with plantings of native flora separate the tubs which are self-contained, including a changing room and shower. Enjoy watching the birds on the pond and the gliders surfing the wind currents. The kiwi version of Onsen is the perfect way to unwind.

Experience the extraordinary liberation of being out in the open air, free from all those hampering layers of winter clothing, bathed in hot water in a beautiful winter landscape.

Hot Tubs Omarama water is sourced from snow and glacial melt water coming from a series of glaciers on Mount Huxley in the Barrier Range and flowing into the Ahuiriri River. The water is then drawn up from a well in the earth.

In the bliss of absolute privacy treat yourself to the kiwi version of a Japanese Onsen set in the midst of the South Island’s iconic High Country. Enjoy watching the birds on the pond and the gliders surfing the wind currents.

Pools are cleaned and refilled with fresh mountain water after each use (no chemicals added). Water that will relax your body and a landscape that will relax your mind, hot or cool is the perfect way to unwind. Share with someone you love or bring a group of friends. 10am-10pm daily, all year round.
