Hillside celebrates nature with classic design. Architecture inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright and décor by the work of Charles Rennie Mackintosh. Original artwork by Meryl Graham, opened 28 October 2003 by the Minister of Tourism the Hon Mark Burton in the presence of the Maori Queen Dame Te Atairangikaahu.
