Avarest Bed and Breakfast is in the heart of Nelson Lakes National Park, with world renowned tramps and walks for all levels of fitness. Avarest Bed and Breakfast is the perfect luxury mountain retreat for people to relax in style and comfort overlooking Lake Rotoiti.

Nestled amongst mature NZ native forest filled with the sound of Tui, Bellbird and Kaka song. Underneath the beech canopy are 130 Rhododendrons which flower progressively form September to January.

Comfortable and tastefully decorated guest rooms with private luxury amenities including separate toilet, shower and ladies vanity room.

Two bedrooms provide accommodation for up to five people. Single party bookings only.

On site parking, phone and email available. Private guest lounge, with TV, Music, NZ books, local art, and beautiful fresh flowers.

Freshly brewed coffee and tea making facilities, home baking provided.
